Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Support the sales and marketing team with daily administrative tasks
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, reports, and promotional materials
Coordinate with clients, respond to inquiries, and update client information
Support digital marketing activities such as social media updates and online promotions
Assist in organizing events, site visits, and client meetings
Maintain records, contracts, and documentation as required
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication
Track departmental performance metrics and support reporting requirements
Assist in maintaining brand standards across all marketing materials
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
