Roles & Responsibilities
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales & Marketing Director with strong sales and business development experience gained from reputed marketing or advertising agencies.
The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of proven experience managing multiple brands, leading high-performing teams, and driving both marketing excellence and revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
You will be responsible for developing integrated marketing and sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the agency’s creative and commercial objectives are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate marketing and sales teams to deliver outstanding performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive client acquisition and retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns — from planning and creative execution to performance analysis.
- Collaborate closely with creative, digital, and account management teams for integrated delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and campaign metrics to optimize performance.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reports to ensure profitability.
- Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
What We’re Looking For
- 10–15 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably within a reputed marketing or advertising agency.
- Proven track record in driving business growth and revenue generation.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Expertise in both digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented and client-focused approach.
