Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and sales growth in target markets.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends, utilizing insights to tailor marketing strategies.
- Create compelling content for various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials, to engage potential customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute integrated campaigns that align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing within a competitive industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
