Position Overview
JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai is seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive to support the hotel s commercial strategy and strengthen its presence in Dubai s competitive hospitality market. This full-time, non-management role focuses on supporting sales initiatives, coordinating marketing activities, and contributing to revenue growth while maintaining JW Marriott s luxury brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily sales and marketing operations for the hotel
- Assist in maintaining relationships with corporate, leisure, and group clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of sales activities
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and client documentation
- Support promotional campaigns, events, and brand initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of sales leads, client interactions, and follow-ups
- Assist with market research and competitor analysis
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and procedures
