Key Responsibilities

* Handle guest calls, inquiries, and requests related to reservations and sales

* Process new reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately

* Apply effective sales and upselling techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty

* Support Marriott Rewards and loyalty program processes, including redemptions and complimentary offers

* Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Accounting, and Data Administration to resolve guest issues

* Promote brand standards and service values in all internal and external interactions

* Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and communications

* Support Sales and Marketing teams with administrative duties including reporting, emails, and documentation

* Assist management with staff guidance, training support, and performance standards

* Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality requirements, and quality standards

Ideal Profile

* High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent

* Minimum two years of experience in sales support, reservations, or customer service within hospitality

* Strong communication skills with professional telephone etiquette

* Customer-focused approach with basic sales and upselling capability

* Good organizational and administrative skills

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment

* Basic computer skills for reservations systems and office applications
