The ideal candidate for the Sales Executive role in our interior design company should be a dynamic, client-focused professional with a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a design-related field, and minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in interior firm or home décor. They should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills, along with a basic understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and products. Required computer knowledge and social media platforms is expected, as well as the ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. The candidate should be self-motivated, goal-oriented, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate effectively with the design and operations teams. Overall, we are seeking a confident, proactive, and professional individual who can generate leads, close deals, and contribute to delivering exceptional client experiences.
