Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and sales growth in target markets.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends, utilizing insights to tailor marketing strategies.
Create compelling content for various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials, to engage potential customers.
Collaborate with the team to design and execute integrated campaigns that align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
Responsible for driving revenue by blending promotional strategies with direct sales, focusing on client acquisition, relationship management and implementing marketing plans.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing within a competitive industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
