Sales Management:

-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality and professional cleaning sectors.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders.

- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts and agreements to potential clients.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

- Coordinate with social media and marketing team members, including hessa, for social media outreach and marketing initiatives.

Operations Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospitality and professional cleaning services.

- Ensure high standards of service quality and customers satisfaction.

- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures and best practices.

- Monitor and manage operational budgets, resources, and expenses.

- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of necessary materials and equipment.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching development opportunities for the operations team.

- Responsible for the operations of female staff, including their transportation, training, accommodation and addressing their needs.
