Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our Abaya Boutique Fold. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, support daily store operations, and maintain a high standard of presentation on the shop floor.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Greet and assist customers, providing styling advice and product recommendations.
  • Maintain product knowledge to support upselling and customer queries.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
  • Ensure the shop floor is well-presented, clean, and fully stocked.
  • Handle fitting room assistance and manage stock replenishment.
  • Support deliveries, tagging, and inventory tasks.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets.
