Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare invoices and handle cash/card transactions at the counter
Raise LPOs and MRQs based on material requirements
Manage counter sales and assist customers with product inquiries
Maintain and record daily sales, purchases, and expense reports
Perform data entry for sales, stock details, and customer information
Organize and arrange products in the showroom and store area
Ensure proper product labelling and price tagging
Coordinate and assist with material deliveries when required
Support smooth coordination between sales, accounts, and warehouse teams
Suggest and guide customers on suitable paint and coating systems based on their requirements.

We are looking for a responsible, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our Paints & Coating Systems division. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of paints and building materials, good computer skills, and the ability to support showroom sales and daily operational activities efficiently.
Requirements:
Knowledge of paints, coatings, or building materials
Good computer knowledge including MS Office, email communication, and data entry
Good communication and customer handling skills
Disciplined, responsible, and well-organized personality
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Available for immediate joining
