Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings, managing schedules and logistics to provide a seamless and professional experience.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence, to facilitate efficient operations and client communication.
- Assist in the preparation of sales contracts, purchase agreements, and other legal documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to foster long-term loyalty.
- Manage and update property listings on various online platforms and websites, ensuring accuracy and compelling presentation of properties.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the sales team, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Preferably Russian or Arabic Speaker
- Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Exhibits strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Demonstrates a proactive and results-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
- Demonstrates a passion for real estate and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Shows a strong work ethic, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, including property valuation, sales processes, and legal requirements.
