Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our premium fashion brand retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences and an interest in creative play and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and engaging customer service to all store visitors

  • Assist customers in choosing premium fashion products suited to their needs

  • Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and cleanliness standards

  • Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately

  • Promote ongoing offers, events, and new product launches

  • Support inventory management and stock replenishment

  • Create a fun and interactive shopping environment for children and families

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Positive attitude with a team-oriented approach

  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays


Preferred Skills:

  • Must have experience and Knowledge about selling Premium lifestyle products

  • Should have knowledge about fashion/Clothing/Luxury brands
