HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As a Sales Associate, you are responsible for achieving ambitious sales goals while consistently ensuring the highest standards of customer experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Achieving monthly and annual boutique sales turnover, in alignment with Roger Dubuis' commercial strategy, sales ceremony, and commitment to client service excellence.
- Cultivating and developing a robust network and a loyal clientele.
- Providing unparalleled customer service and an exceptional after-sales experience.
- Crafting and delivering bespoke experiences for Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI) clients to ensure their continued engagement and loyalty to the brand.
- Articulating the captivating Roger Dubuis story, our unwavering commitment to quality standards, and the intricacies of our collections to clients.
- Generating new business opportunities through active participation in social functions within the community, inviting current and prospective clients to exclusive in-boutique events, and leveraging social media platforms and other support channels to reach out to clients.
- Enriching the customer database with meticulous accuracy, communicating effectively on novelties, events, giftings, campaigns, and providing comprehensive reporting (CRM).
- Maintaining the highest standards of boutique presentation and ensuring all merchandise is properly maintained and secured at all times.
- Adhering strictly to all implemented Maison policies and procedures concerning security, consignments, after-sales services, and valuation requests.
- Actively participating in meetings, cycle inventory counts, and all daily operational tasks as required.
- Assisting fellow Boutique Ambassadors during sales, including providing customer service, gift wrapping, and conveying pieces from stock.
- Performing all "back of the house" activities essential for the smooth operation of the boutique.
- Executing any specific tasks entrusted by the Boutique Manager, such as re-stocking, display management, and sales accessories follow-up and maintenance.
- Respecting, applying, and promoting all compliance and security rules.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
