Roles & Responsibilities
- Proactively seek out and engage potential members through various outreach methods, including phone calls, emails, and community events, to build a strong pipeline.
- Conduct personalized gym tours and consultations, showcasing the facility's features and benefits while understanding individual fitness goals and needs.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate the value of membership options and fitness programs, emphasizing unique selling points.
- Close sales by overcoming objections, addressing concerns, and guiding prospects through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundation for professional success.
- Demonstrates a strong interest in fitness and a basic understanding of health and wellness principles.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service, showcasing the ability to interact with and influence others.
- Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with potential members.
