Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Verde Luxe is a UAE-based supplier of premium artificial plants and greenery solutions, catering to interior designers, commercial projects, hospitality spaces, and residential clients. We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team.


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, contractors, architects, and project clients.

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for artificial plants and décor solutions.

  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations to understand project requirements.

  • Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales effectively.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, market trends, and competitor activities.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

  • Ensure excellent customer service and long-term client satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, Interior Design, or related fields.

  2. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in interiors, décor, furniture, landscaping, or related industries.

  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  4. Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.

  5. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM or sales tools.

  7. UAE driving license is an added advantage.

  8. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
