Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team at either a kiosk or store location. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable items.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Operate POS systems and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
Maintain merchandise displays and visual standards at the kiosk/store.
Replenish stock and ensure shelves or counters are well organized.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
Promote offers, loyalty programs, and new arrivals.
Follow company policies, grooming standards, and SOPs.
Support inventory counts and stock management.
Keep the work area clean, safe, and attractive at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent.
2–4 years of experience in retail sales (kiosk or store preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Presentable appearance and professional conduct.
Basic computer/POS knowledge.
Multilingual skills are an advantage.
