Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
In This Role You Will
Sales Cycle & Operations
- Manage the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, calls, outreach, meetings, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Conduct client meetings and deliver office tours, adapting solutions to client needs.
- Track and update all sales activities, client data, and documentation in the CRM system.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and contracts, ensuring agreements and payments are finalized.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a healthy pipeline.
Sales Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and pipeline status.
- Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity summaries.
- Coordinate with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Support planning and coordination of sales events, office tours, and client activations to attract prospects and generate leads.
- Manage event-related logistics including scheduling, invitations, preparation of materials, venue readiness, and follow-ups.
Assisting the Business Development Manager
- Research industries, sectors, and target companies to support lead generation.
- Prepare briefing notes and background information for high-level meetings.=
- Draft sales presentations, proposals, and follow-up communication.
- Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to provide actionable insights.
- Handle administrative tasks (scheduling, CRM updates, reporting) to enable the BDM to focus on strategic deals and partnerships.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2 4 years of experience in sales or business development (B2B experience in Riyadh Preferably with a coworking / real estate background).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools is an advantage (Hubspot).
- Proactive, resilient, and eager to learn; thrives in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
