Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle sales activities including order processing, tracking, and customer follow-ups.
  • Make sure customer orders are processed and delivered on time.
  • Prepare Sales orders and purchase orders using SAP.
  • Coordinate with factories to arrange timely dispatch and evaluate the paperwork.
  • Liaise with internal team members including sales and finance team to support smooth business operation.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers to negotiate rates and arrange shipments.
  • Review shipping documents, including bills of lading, customs documentation, and import/export paperwork.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Find new sales prospects on LinkedIn and manage the company’s LinkedIn page.
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations, including handling LC (Letter of Credit) shipments, Bills of lading and related documents.
