Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing business within the Facility Management companies, Hotels, and Industrial sector, focusing on promoting and selling HVAC services and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within target sectors (Facility Management, Hospitality, Industrial).
· Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and professional account management.
· Achieve sales targets by promoting HVAC service contracts, retrofits, and maintenance solutions.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business growth strategies.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Proven track record in Sales/Business Development within the HVAC or related technical services industry.
· Strong network and experience working with Facility Management companies, Hotels, and Industrial clients.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a competitive market.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
· UAE/GCC market experience is an advantage.
· UAE driving licence.
· B.E / B Tech Mechanical Engineer
