Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate leads by researching and identifying potential clients

  • Conduct cold calls and outreach through platforms such as LinkedIn and other social networks

  • Identify business opportunities, evaluate prospects, and negotiate and close deals

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients through voice calls, virtual meetings, and face-to-face interactions

  • Manage client accounts and ensure ongoing satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, with recruitment / Outsourcing.

  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
