Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


· Identify and develop new business opportunities within the paint industry

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

· Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals

· Provide technical and product expertise to clients

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies

· Conduct market research to stay informed about market trends and competition

· Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

· Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies

Desired Candidate Profile

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

· Experience: Minimum 4 - 5 years. Proven sales track record, ideally in the paints, coatings, or construction chemicals industry.

· Core Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

· Attributes: Target-driven, self-motivated, strategic, and results-focused.

· Arabic language proficiency is highly desirable.
