Roles & Responsibilities

:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in inspection, NDT, ISO certification, and training services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored technical and commercial proposals.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Represent the company in exhibitions, meetings, and industry events.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Specific Roles:

  • Sales Engineer: Provide technical presentations, demonstrations, and support during sales processes.
  • Business Development Manager: Drive strategic partnerships, analyze market trends, and expand market reach.
  • Business Development Officer: Develop and execute business development strategies, manage key stakeholder relations.
  • Business Development Executive: Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Sales Executive: Manage the sales process end-to-end, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Manager: Lead, mentor, and oversee the sales team, setting and monitoring performance targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or technical sales (inspection, training, ISO, or NDT industries preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Technical proficiency (required for Sales Engineer role).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, proactive mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tools.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia.
  • Prior experience with major clients (e.g., Aramco, SABIC, industrial sectors) is highly desirable.
