Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include marketing available properties, coordinating and conducting viewings, negotiating lease terms, preparing tenancy documentation, and ensuring a smooth handover for both landlords and tenants. You will play a key role in maintaining long-term client relationships while staying informed on rental market trends and RERA regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end leasing transactions for residential properties
- Liaise with landlords and tenants, ensuring a high level of service at all times
- Market rental listings across portals and internal channels
- Coordinate and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate rental terms, renewals, and contract conditions
- Prepare and manage tenancy documentation in line with RERA regulations
- Maintain accurate records using the company s AI-powered CRM
- Stay up to date with Dubai rental market trends and pricing
