BoConcept, a leading premium retail lifestyle brand originating in Denmark in 1952, with a global presence of nearly 300 stores across over 60 countries, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team in the UAE. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional and personalized shopping experience.

About BoConcept:

We design, manufacture, and sell contemporary furniture, accessories, and lighting solutions for living, dining, sleeping, home-office, and outdoor spaces. We are committed to helping our customers create their ideal home environment through our comprehensive in-home and in-store design services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, guiding clients through our product range and design options.
  • Build rapport and understand customer needs to offer tailored solutions.
  • Effectively present the BoConcept brand and its value proposition.
  • Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to the overall team success.
  • Maintain a strong product knowledge and stay updated on design trends.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Passion for Sales and Design: A genuine interest in design and a strong drive to excel in a sales-oriented role.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Essential Skills: Integrity, flexibility, a strong team spirit, and a proactive “can-do” attitude.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent English is essential; Arabic and Russian language skills are a plus.
