Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Hiring: Sales Consultant - Real Estate Company
Location: Business Bay, Dubai.
Experience: Must have experience in the UAE
Requirement: Brokerage experience is required
Skills & Qualifications:
1.Sales & Negotiation Skills
- Ability to persuade and influence potential buyers & investors
- Expertise in structuring profitable deals for clients
- Skilled in objection handling and closing high-ticket sales
- Strong upselling & cross-selling strategies
2. Communication & Client Management
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Skilled in conducting presentations, property tours & virtual sales meetings
- Strong follow-up and customer engagement skills
3. Real Estate Market & Legal Knowledge
- Deep understanding of UAE real estate laws & RERA regulations
- Knowledge of off-plan and secondary market properties
- Awareness of mortgage financing, property registration & legal contracts
- Familiarity with freehold vs. leasehold ownership
4.Lead Generation
- Ability to source, qualify & nurture leads effectively
- Proficiency in using digital marketing & social media platforms for sales
5.Multitasking & Time Management
- Ability to handle multiple clients, deals & negotiations simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to market changes
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in a competitive market
