Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business.
  • Engage with potential buyers and renters to understand their requirements and preferences.
  • Conduct property tours and provide comprehensive property information.
  • Negotiate contracts and finalise sales agreements while adhering to company policies.
  • Stay updated on local real estate market trends and property listings.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote properties and generate leads.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients.
  • Proven experience in a sales role within the real estate sector or similar.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand client needs.
  • Familiarity with real estate regulations and market trends.
  • Valid UAE driving license and a willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
