Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service Drive sales of company products through expert knowledge and consultative selling. Conduct professional product demonstrations and provide tailored solutions to customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients to enhance repeat business. Showroom Operations Ensure the showroom is visually appealing, clean, and well-organized at all times. Follow standardized operational procedures to maintain efficiency. Team Collaboration Work closely with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Participate in training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. The basic operation of social media accounts. Classification of prototypes and other materials
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
- Holds relevant certifications in sales, such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or similar, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
- Exhibits a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the Healthcare, Education, or Consulting industry.
- Demonstrates fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Requires strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales and productivity tools.
