Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a high-performing Commercial Vehicles Sales Representative to join our HINO Trucks Division. This is a front-line, revenue-driving role responsible for developing new business, managing key accounts, and delivering profitable truck sales across the UAE. The role requires someone who understands the commercial vehicle market, can confidently consult customers on fleet solutions, and can close deals that maximize both volume and margin.


What you will do:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maximizing profitability and gross margin

  • Actively prospect and manage customers within an assigned sales territory

  • Conduct regular field and customer visits to identify needs and build long-term relationships

  • Understand customer operations and recommend the most suitable light, medium, or heavy-duty truck solutions

  • Present, demonstrate, and arrange test drives for HINO trucks

  • Explain vehicle features, warranties, aftersales services, and financing options

  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, secure deposits, and complete sales documentation

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and long-term account retention

  • Attend all sales meetings, product training, and refresher sessions

  • Provide accurate sales reports and pipeline updates to management

  • Ensure customer payments and overdue balances remain within agreed targets

What equips you for the role:

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in commercial vehicle sales within a dealership environment

  • Mandatory experience selling Light, Medium, and Heavy-Duty Trucks in the UAE

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong working knowledge of fleet, B2B, and project-based truck sales

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

  • Strong PC skills including Excel and Microsoft Office

  • Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Experience handling high-value transactions and long sales cycles

  • Valid UAE driving license

  • Experience working in the UAE commercial vehicle market
