Property Consultant
Location: Dubai, UAE
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Property Consultant to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through networking, marketing, and referrals
- Guide clients through the property buying, selling, and leasing process
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on market trends and investment opportunities
- Negotiate offers and finalize property transactions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE real estate laws, developers, and projects
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and off-plan projects
- RERA certification (advantageous)
- Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred)
