• Always deliver excellent customer service as per company service standards to both internal and external customers.

• Cultivate solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.

• Ensure customers are satisfied with their shopping experience and with the store product.

• Resolve customer complaints and collect any valuable customer feedback.

• Follow up store tasks and submit requested store reports to the SM on time.

• Provide overall guidance to newly recruited sales representative.

• Maintain store cleanliness standards, including window, VIP room and Store Pantry

• Seek to optimise store retail standards in both front of house & back of house to maximise turnover.

• Ensure the store is fully replenished at the start of each shift.

• Maintain personal grooming standards as per brand guidelines, whilst wearing current season uniform issued by the company as per the current SOP.

Conduct in depth research on competitor products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.

• Deputise to Supervisor role during absence through days off and all types of leave.

• Promote personal shopping experience, and fashion advisory service
