Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks.

  • Maintain and update sales records, reports, and customer data using Microsoft Excel.

  • Communicate with clients and internal teams professionally via email and phone.

  • Assist in preparing sales documents, quotations, and basic reports.

  • Follow up on orders, deliveries, and client inquiries in a timely manner.

  • Organize and maintain filing systems and sales documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • UAE National (Emirati) — mandatory.

  • High school certificate or above — fresh graduates are welcome.

  • Basic computer skills — Microsoft Excel, Word, and email.

  • Good spoken and written English — Arabic is an advantage.

  • Willingness to work full time, five days a week in Abu Dhabi.

  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player.
