Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
· Lead Management:
o Handle incoming client inquiries and leads, ensuring timely and professional responses.
o Qualify leads and distribute them to the appropriate sales representatives.
o Maintain an up-to-date database of leads, clients, and sales activities in the CRM system.
· Sales Support:
o Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
o Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with clients to support the sales process.
o Monitor and track the progress of sales leads, providing regular updates to the sales team.
· Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
o Assist in resolving client issues and concerns in a timely manner.
· Reporting and Analysis:
o Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
o Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team to enhance sales performance.
· Administrative Duties:
o Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including managing sales documents and contracts.
o Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and delivery of training programs.
