Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Sales Reporting & Analysis
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review
Analyze sales performance across territories, customers, and product lines
Maintain and update dashboards and tracking sheets to reflect real-time performance
Monitor sales targets versus actual performance and flag variances proactively
Sales Team Support
Support the Sales Manager in daily operations, planning, and team coordination
Assist sales executives with order processing, follow-ups, and issue resolution
Ensure timely and accurate communication between the field sales team and back office
Coordinate field visit schedules and route plans to maximize efficiency
Order & Stock Coordination
Track customer orders from placement through to final delivery
Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch
Monitor stock availability and proactively highlight shortages or supply risks
Key Account Support
Assist in managing key retail accounts such as Carrefour and Lulu Hypermarket
Support in preparing promotions, product listings, and customer-specific requirements
Follow up on payments, claims, and trade agreement compliance
Administration & Documentation
Maintain an up-to-date customer database and pricing records
Handle internal documentation including contracts, listings, and reports
Support the preparation of presentations and performance decks for management meetings
Desired Candidate Profile
What We're Looking For
Experience:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an FMCG sales coordination role within the UAE
Prior experience in the beverages category energy drinks or soft drinks is strongly preferred
Skills:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting tools
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and consistently meet deadlines
Other Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Solid understanding of the UAE retail market is a strong advantage
Ability to support and adapt to the dynamic needs of a field-based sales team
