Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordination of orders and delivery deadlines to customers with various logistic functions in all countries where represented.
Sales support to customers, IGC, and Sales Managers worldwide.
Handling, coordination, and execution of "various cases," including unsatisfied customers
Mail sorting
Workflows
Completion and/or issuance of certificates
Follow-up on incomplete offers and orders
Updating the ERP system regarding customer master data
Assisting other company units, such as debtor, procurement, and sourcing when they need assistance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Substantial experience with administrative work
Substantial experience with and understanding of IT systems
Good knowledge of company products
