Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team for quotations & orders
• Support customers with product information and after-sales service
• Liaise with warehouse/logistics for smooth deliveries
• Track sales orders, reports, and follow-ups
• Assist with client meetings and documentation

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a Sales Coordinator or similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English (Tagalog/ Arabic is a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing (preferable)
• Proficiency in MS Office; ERP/CRM knowledge is a plus
• Candidates with UAE market experience
