Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate sales team schedules, meetings, and client appointments.
Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.
Track sales orders and ensure timely processing and delivery.
Communicate with customers regarding order status, product information, and documentation.
Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Coordinate with logistics, finance, and technical teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-service oriented mindset.
