About the Role
Join our pre-opening Sales team as Sales Coordinator at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will support the setup and daily operations of the Sales Department, contributing to the resort s commercial success through effective administration, client support, and coordination.
What You Will Do

Assist with pre-opening tasks including system setup, creation of sales templates and reports, and preparation of departmental procedures.

Support the Sales team in handling client correspondence, proposals, and contracts, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation.

Coordinate site inspections and sales trips, preparing presentation materials and relevant collateral.

Manage and maintain the client database, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.

Assist in the preparation of reports, forecasts, and market analyses.

Respond to general sales inquiries and liaise with operational departments to support group and event planning.

Coordinate internal and external sales meetings, minutes, and action follow-ups.

Provide administrative support to the Director of Sales and wider Sales team as required.
What You Bring
-
Previous experience in sales coordination or administrative support within luxury hospitality, preferably in a pre-opening environment.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems (e.g., Delphi, Opera Sales & Catering) preferred.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
