Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide professional support through phone, email, and in-person.
- Promote and sell company products/services to new and existing customers.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or telesales (UAE/GCC experience is an advantage).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English (Arabic/Hindi/Tagalog is an added advantage).
