Roles & Responsibilities

You are the tip of the spear for our commercial engine. Your sole purpose is to break down doors, bypass gatekeepers, and generate a massive, highly qualified pipeline for our closing team. You will be the first point of contact between Watan First Solutions and the largest Corporate and Enterprise organizations in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Pipeline Generation: Aggressively prospect, research, and build a high-value pipeline strictly aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) across the Enterprise and Corporate sectors.
  • Outreach & Meeting Generation: Execute high-volume outbound outreach (Cold Calls, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Email), qualify leads using BANT, and set highly qualified discovery meetings for the Sales Executives.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination: Intercept inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) from the Growth team, qualify them relentlessly, and coordinate a seamless handover to the closing team.
  • CRM Data & Pipeline Hygiene: Take absolute ownership of your top-of-funnel metrics. Log every call, email, and lead status accurately in HubSpot CRM in real-time.


Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: 1-3 years of B2B outbound lead generation, tele-sales, or inside sales experience, preferably in Software & SaaS Solutions.

  • Execution: You eat rejection for breakfast. You are resilient, relentless, highly coachable, and view the phone as your greatest weapon.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with CRM data entry (HubSpot preferred) and modern sales prospecting methodologies.
  • Communication: Perfect Arabic and English communication skills to confidently engage with C-Level executives and IT Directors.
