Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet company sales targets

  2. Generate potential leads through calls, networking, online platforms, and referrals

  3. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while developing new partnerships

  4. Present company products and services clearly to potential customers

  5. Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow up with prospects

  6. Research market trends and customer behavior to identify new opportunities

  7. Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels

  8. Manage social media marketing activities including TikTok marketing and content promotion

  9. Coordinate digital promotions to increase brand visibility and customer engagement

  10. Negotiate pricing and terms with clients and finalize sales agreements

  11. Track sales activities and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or business development

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

  • Experience managing social media platforms including TikTok marketing and short-form video promotion

  • Knowledge of digital advertising strategies and lead generation

  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools

  • Strong presentation and customer relationship management skills
