Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead enterprise sales across Digital Transformation, Cloud Migration, Data Modernization, AI/Automation, and Enterprise Applications.
- Build and manage relationships with large enterprise clients and government organizations.
Team & Partner Management
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing sales teams.
- Set targets, oversee performance, and provide regular coaching.
- Develop strong ecosystem partnerships with AWS, GCP, Oracle, Microsoft, G42, Accenture, Atos, and other global system integrators.
- Drive co-selling initiatives and joint go-to-market programs.
Business Development & Client Engagement
- Identify opportunities for new business, new service offerings, and new markets.
- Lead strategic deals from initial discussions to closure including commercial proposals, contracting, and negotiations.
- Work closely with Pre-Sales, Delivery, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Ensure customer success, long-term value realization, and account growth.
Operational Excellence
- Create and implement sales processes, forecasting frameworks, and performance KPIs.
- Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
- Monitor market landscape, competition, and emerging technologies to sharpen strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology sales with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in Digital Transformation, Cloud Services, SaaS, Data Analytics, and IT Consulting.
- Proven success in leading sales teams and driving multi-million-dollar revenue.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
- Exposure to GCC/MEA markets and enterprise customer environments.
- Strong financial acumen, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking.
