Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive overall sales strategy to achieve business objectives

  • Lead, manage, and scale a high-performing sales team

  • Identify new market opportunities and revenue streams

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, and partners

  • Oversee performance metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management

  • Collaborate with marketing and senior leadership to align growth strategies

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 08–15 years of experience in real estate sales, with 4+ years in a senior leadership role

  • Mandatory experience working with a real estate developer (not brokerage only)

  • Strong knowledge of UAE real estate markets and regulations

  • Proven ability to manage large sales teams and broker networks

  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
