Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and drive overall sales strategy to achieve business objectives
Lead, manage, and scale a high-performing sales team
Identify new market opportunities and revenue streams
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, and partners
Oversee performance metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management
Collaborate with marketing and senior leadership to align growth strategies
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 08–15 years of experience in real estate sales, with 4+ years in a senior leadership role
Mandatory experience working with a real estate developer (not brokerage only)
Strong knowledge of UAE real estate markets and regulations
Proven ability to manage large sales teams and broker networks
Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
