Roles & Responsibilities
Sobha Realty is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead and scale sales performance across our luxury residential portfolio in Dubai. Key Focus Areas
Drive sales strategy across luxury and off-plan developments
Lead and scale high-performing sales teams
Strengthen broker networks and investor relationships
Represent the brand at international events
Desired Candidate Profile
10+ years in UAE real estate sales, 5+ in leadership role (mandatory)
Strong Dubai luxury market experience with developer sales experience (mandatory)
Demonstrated success working with developers and managing large broker ecosystems
