Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Generate leads and develop sales for fire safety maintenance (AMC) and fit-out projects.
Conduct site surveys and understand client requirements.
Prepare techno-commercial quotations and proposals.
Review drawings/BOQs and recommend suitable fire protection solutions.
Coordinate with estimation, service, and project teams.
Follow up on inquiries, negotiate, and close deals.
Maintain client relationships and support AMC renewals.
Desired Candidate Profile
UAE Valid Driving License
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Fire & Safety.
2–5 years’ sales experience in fire safety maintenance/fit-out.
Knowledge of fire alarm, firefighting, and suppression systems.
Ability to read drawings and prepare quotations.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
UAE driving license preferred.
