Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on supporting EPC contractors across major energy and infrastructure projects in the UAE. If you have a solid technical background in Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) switchgear, combined with a passion for customer engagement and sales growth, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets within the EPC network Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, project managers, and key clients including TAQA, ADNOC, and government entitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in the Abu Dhabi market.

  2. Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to ensure customer specifications are met.

  3. Prepare customized technical proposals and quotations

  4. Negotiate commercial and contractual terms to secure profitable agreements

  5. Track project progress and maintain continuous client communication

  6. Provide regular sales reports and technical market insights to management

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline with 2–5 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably within switchgear or electrical infrastructure

  • Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi EPC market and existing industry connections

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts

  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM systems
