Roles & Responsibilities
Join a leading engineering group and drive growth with Sulzer a global leader in pumps and rotating equipment. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to manage and grow institutional and project sales across Abu Dhabi. ·
Drive sales and business development for Sulzer Pumps
Engage with contractors, consultants, and government entities (TAQA, SWS, developers)
Identify opportunities, generate inquiries, prepare quotations & close deals
Provide technical consultation on pump selection, operation & maintenance
Build strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
Monitor market trends, competitor activity & project pipelines
Coordinate internally for order processing, delivery & payment follow-ups
Desired Candidate Profile
Arabic speaking preferred Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 2+ years UAE experience in wastewater / pump sales
Strong exposure to project sales (Oil & Gas / Utilities / EPC)
Experience with brands like Sulzer, KSB, Wilo or similar
Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems is an advantage
Exposure to major Abu Dhabi infrastructure & utility projects
