Sales Engineer TASC Outsourcing

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer based in Dammam to drive revenue growth by managing key accounts, delivering compelling technical presentations to non-technical stakeholders, and leveraging CRM tools to optimize the sales process. You will partner with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, propose tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. Responsibilities: Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts in the Dammam region Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for non-technical audiences Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions Collaborate with product, engineering, and service teams to ensure solution alignment Identify new business opportunities and market segments Provide post-sale support and maintain strong customer relationships Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field 7+ years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or key account management Proven track record in Key Account Management with major clients Strong ability to deliver technical presentations to non-technical decision makers Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales pipeline Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Fluency in English and Arabic Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial automation sectors Familiarity with technical product demonstration tools and software Advanced degree or professional certification in sales or technical field Established network of contacts within the Dammam business community
