Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Generate new business and achieve sales targets for boilers, chillers, heat pumps, solar systems, and related engineered solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with MEP consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers to secure product specifications in ongoing and new projects.
Conduct technical presentations, client meetings, and solution demonstrations to promote product benefits and application suitability.
Prepare technical submissions, quotations, proposals, and project documentation as required.
Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure accurate product selection, system configurations, and seamless order execution.
Conduct market intelligence activities to stay updated on new projects, market trends, and competitor movements.
Maintain accurate sales records, reporting, and pipeline forecasts for management review.
Ensure all sales processes align with company standards and professional policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer within the construction, HVAC, or building materials sector.
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Strong technical understanding of boilers, chillers, heat pumps, solar systems, and hot water solutions.
Proven experience working closely with MEP consultants and contractors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Valid driving license is mandatory.
Immediate joiners preferred.
