Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales opportunities across industries such as oil & gas, aerospace, power generation, marine, and manufacturing.
- Provide technical consultation to customers, understanding requirements and recommending suitable coating/repair processes.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support project planning, pricing strategy, and after-sales technical support.
- Report regularly on sales performance, forecasts, and customer feedback.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 7-10 years experience HVOF coating, chrome plating, and nickel plating services and machine shop component repair and manufacturing.
- Proven track record in manufacturing and repair of industrial components.
- Good understanding of surface engineering and coating technologies.
- Hands-on exposure to machine shop operations (CNC, grinding, finishing, etc.) is a plus
- Strong network within the UAE industrial sector; GCC experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
