Roles & Responsibilities

We are growing our team at MCT Group and looking for a Sales Engineer, a well seasoned, hardworking, smart and over achieving Sales Engineer with proven experience in construction chemicals and cementitious products industry.

Responsibilities
Business development management and identifying new sales opportunities
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
Maintains professional and technical knowledge of the products
Reviewing professional publications
Establishing personal networks
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
Qualification & skills

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical/Civil Engineering/Business Administration/Marketing
Minimum of 4-years' experience in sales.
Knowledge: Plasters & Cementitious Products, Grouting & Anchoring Products, Concrete Repair Materials, Adhesive and Bonding Agents, Flooring Products.
Good professional written and verbal communication skills.
Negotiating and planning
Problem solving
Selling to customer needs
Presentation skills
